DELIVERY
Standard delivery takes three to ten working days from the time the order is placed, which includes the time when all items are ready to ship and payments are received. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an alternative product, a backorder, or a full refund.
RETURNS
If there are any issues with your purchase and it is not as advertised or described, you have 14 days (after the day of delivery) to initiate a return and receive a full refund quickly and easily thanks to our equipment guarantee. Before making a purchase, check the seller's return policy. Some vendors only accept returns if the product's seals and packaging are intact. It's important to fully insure the return shipment and meet the return deadline. We suggest contacting the vendor to discuss the return process beforehand.
